The Brief:

California Closets had a two-prong dilemma: awareness that the brand stands for every room in the house – and lack of physical space for the showroom to communicate retailer creates customized storage spaces for pantries, garages, attics, mudrooms, and more.

The Strategy:

We designed a set of digital experiences that featured an endless-aisle type platform that designers could use strategically as an ice-breaker, as a way to inspire and inform on the full offering, and a tool to help collect and cultivate what would be of value to the customer

OUTCOMES:

The close rate among new customers that come into the 2.0 stores has been significantly higher, and during the first six months of the showroom operation job sizes and value increased 20-30% across those showrooms. Significant press coverage [Stores, RIS News, Retail Touchpoints] as a result of this unconventional approach to conversion.
