I’ve always been fascinated in discovery: places, people, their stories and making meaning and reasons from behavior and patterns. This curiosity has been the motivating force to pursue roles that shaped new channels, new media, new spaces or retail environments, and even emerging markets. This new way of thinking as leadership motif still remains strong strategic current in my personal brand and experience value – without exception.

Consultative by nature, insight-obsessed and design savvy, my approach is to bring data, insight and creative constructs together to land rich ideas that change behavior, monetize, or future proof the brand. Layering in experience design and technography to modern strategy yields connected experiences that are born of the human need, contextually relevant, and physically inspiring.

Taking consumers [and clients!] on a journey designed to sparkle with storytelling, purpose and value – and destined to make the cash register ring – is the outcome and result of bringing resources, teams, and clients together in a way that is aligned, collaborative and forward thinking. And whether its transforming brands or the client and teams that serve them, excellence begins and ends by putting people first, not an agenda.
